I am an Empath that truly believes each individual in this world deserves authentic happiness and inner peace. We all have our own journey of enlightenment, and I enjoy utilizing my unique gifts to guide others who want the opportunity to explore and embrace their authentic self. It is essential each individual maintains autonomy in their own therapeutic journey; therefore, I utilize a style that is person-centered, collaborative, and strength-based. Therapy is a special opportunity to tap into the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul by creatively exploring and incorporating your individual beliefs, values, dreams, passions and inspirations. I promote a nurturing environment to explore your own inner world; trust your inner guidance and strength; and gain a sense of inner peace and purpose!

I started my professional career as a social worker in 2001 and have extensive experience providing intensive case management, family preservation services, and community advocacy. I began my clinical experience in 2016 by providing community-based mental health services to children and families, while collaborating with schools and community agencies to advocate for the best interest of clients. In my current clinical practice, I offer an eclectic blend of traditional and holistic therapeutic approaches to empower individuals to explore their whole being and total wellness. I deeply value creating space for individuals to cultivate the interconnectedness of their mind, body, and soul in their own innate way. Identifying as Neurodivergent and a Highly Sensitive Person, I enjoy giving space to others that are curious or identify in a similar way.
