I am a compassionate person that truly believes that each individual in this world deserves authentic happiness and inner peace. We all have our own journey of growth, and I feel like I have a unique opportunity to create a safe space to support others in healing from experiences that have challenged their sense of self. Although I believe that each individual is in charge of their own growth, I view therapy as a partnership between myself and my clients throughout each stage of change. I utilize a client-centered and strength-based approach within my therapeutic orientation in order to get to know each individual and begin facilitating a trusting relationship.
Therapy is a process that enables a person to discover self-awareness, to harness self-expression, and explore the capacity to have and hold stronger feelings. I recognize that everyone has different styles and needs, and we will work together to tailor a therapeutic plan that works best for you.
